Vocation Prayers - Single Blessedness

Eternal God,
from my mother’s womb
you have known and loved me
more than I can ever know.
I ask for the courage to live a holy life,
that your hand guide my decisions
and that your mercy be extended
when I seek my own glory instead of yours.

I ask for the wisdom to know your will for me,
and like our Blessed Mother,
I ask for the strength to say yes.
May I find you in every person I meet,
and may my life so shine forth
your goodness and love
that each person may be led to you
through Jesus, your Son,
who is Lord, forever and ever. Amen.

Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a heart full of gratitude.
I thank You for the gift of life, for the love and purpose
You’ve poured into me.
I know that in Your perfect timing,
You have a plan for me—whether it’s in singleness,
in love, or in any other path You have set before me.

Lord, help me to cherish this season of my life.
May I use my time wisely, cultivating my relationship
with You and becoming the person You’ve designed me to be.
Teach me to find joy in the moments of solitude,
knowing that You are always near
and that my worth is found in You alone.

Grant me patience as I wait for the right person,
should that be Your will. But in the meantime,
fill me with peace, contentment, and purpose.
Help me to grow in love—love for myself, for others,
and most importantly, for You.

Give me the strength to stay true to who I am,
to trust in Your timing,
and to embrace this season with a heart full of hope.
May I always seek Your guidance in every step,
knowing that You are my ultimate companion
and my source of strength.

Thank You for Your love, Your wisdom, and Your perfect plan.
I trust You completely,
and I surrender all my desires into Your hands.

Heavenly Father,
We lift up all those who are walking in the season of singleness,
embracing the blessings that come with it.
Thank You for this time in their lives,
where they can grow deeper in their faith,
discover who You’ve created them to be,
and fully experience Your love and presence.

Lord, help them to see their worth, not in a relationship,
but in the truth that they are deeply loved and valued by You.
In moments when loneliness arises,
may they feel Your comforting embrace
and know that they are never alone,
for You are with them every step of the way.

Grant them peace and contentment as they wait
for Your perfect plan to unfold.
Teach them to trust in Your timing,
knowing that what You have for them is always for their good.
If You have a partner for them in the future,
may they wait with patience,
trusting that You will bring the right person at the right time.

In the meantime, fill their lives with purpose.
Help them to continue growing in wisdom, strength, and grace,
becoming the best version of who You’ve called them to be.
May they find joy in serving others, building meaningful relationships,
and living fully in the calling You have placed on their lives.

We thank You for the gift of singleness
and for the opportunity to be whole and complete in You.
May they always remember that they are truly blessed,
for their identity is rooted in Your love.

O Lord, I praise you for blessing me with another day.
You woke me up today because you are not done with me yet.
And even though my situation overwhelms
and saddens me at times, I choose to be happy.
I know that you have a plan for my life
and that today is the day you have made for me to rejoice in it.
Teach me how to develop real joy
that comes from you and that sustains any circumstance.

Jesus, I praise your name,
because you have already laid out every step of my life.
I trust you to guide me through every season,
including this season of singleness.
Help me to wait patiently for your perfect timing
