Prayers for Vocation in General
Lord Jesus, as you once called the first disciples to make them fishers of men, let your sweet invitation continue to resound: Come follow me!
Give young men and women the grace of responding quickly to your voice. Support our bishops, priests, and consecrated people in their apostolic labor.
Grant perseverance to our seminarians and to all those who are carrying out the ideal of a life totally consecrated to your service.
Awaken in our community a missionary eagerness. Lord, send workers to your harvest and do not allow humanity to be lost for the lack of pastors, missionaries and people dedicated to the cause of the Gospel.

All: Lord Jesus, You are the Good Shepherd who calls each of us by name. We thank You for the gift of our vocation — to love, to serve, and to give our lives for Your Kingdom. Grant that our families may become true seedbeds of faith, our parishes homes of communion, and our hearts fertile ground where Your call may take root and bear fruit.
Bless our priests and religious with perseverance and joy. Strengthen our married couples and families with generous love. Inspire our young people to listen courageously to Your voice. And teach us all to labor faithfully in Your vineyard, so that every “yes” we make may echo Your own “yes” to the Father.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
O God, who wills not the death of a sinner but rather that he be converted and live, grant we beseech you, through the intercession of the Blessed Mary ever Virgin, Saint Joseph, her spouse, Saint Junipero Serra, and all the saints, an increase of laborers for your Church, fellow laborers with Christ to spend and consume themselves for souls through the same Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God forever and ever.

Kabay madamo nga mga pamatan-on ang magasabat sa Imo panawagan
agud sa pag-alagad sa Simbahan.

Amon man gina-ampo ang mga yara sa pormasyon.
Kabay padayon sila sa pagsabat sa Imo panawagan
kag magmanginmaukod sa ila pormasyon

agud mangin mahigugmaon kag balaan nga mga alagad sang Dios.
Amon man ginaampo ang Santo Papa, mga obispo,
kapari-an, diakono, ang mga relihiyosa kag relihiyoso,
kabay sila padayon nga manginhimpit sa pag-alagad sa Imo,
kag mangin buhi nga mga instrumento
sang paghigugma kag paglaum.
Bendisyoni sila sa ila pag-alagad sa panong
nga Imo gintugyan sa ila.
Buligi sila sa ila mga kabudlayan
kag pasantosa sila paagi sa ila mga pagsakrispiyo.
Paagi sa pag-ampo sang Mahal nga Iloy,
kabay sila mapahilayo sa tanan nga mga panulay kag kalainan.
Ginapangayo namon ini paagi kay Kristo,
ang Pinakamataas nga Pari. Amen.
O mahigugmaon kag langitnon nga Amay,
naga-ampo kami sa Imo nga Imo ipadala sa Imo Simbahan
ang balaan nga mga pari, relihiyoso kag misyonero,
agod nga mangin kaupod sang mga Obispo sa pagpakabalaan sang Imo katawohan.
Padabdaba ang mga tagipusoon kag pabakura
ang bokasyon sang mga tawo nga nagsaad sa paghalad sang ila kaugalingon sa Imo,
bisan pa nga nagapangabuhi sila sa tunga sang kalibutan.
Himoa sila nga magpabilin nga tampad sa ila pagpanaksi sa Imo,
paagi sa ila huwaran nga pangabuhi.
Ibugay sa madamo nga mga pamatan-on
ang nagakaigo nga grasya sa pagkilala sang katahum sang kabuhi nga nahalad sa Dios.
Himoa sila nga maalwan kag handa sa pagsabat sang Imo panawagan sa pag-alagad sa Simbahan
kag sa pagbantala sang Maayong Balita nga may himpit nga pagtuo.
Itugot man nga kami magmangin maalwan
sa paghalad sang amon kaugalingon sa pag-alagad sa Imo.
Buligi kami sa pagpamatuod sini paagi sa amon balaan nga pangabuhi
agod amon mapabatyag ang Imo Diosnon nga paghigugma kag kaluoy sa amon isigkatawo.
O Putli nga Birhen Maria, Iloy sang Dios kag sang Simbahan,
ig-ampo mo kami sa mahal nga Dios. Amen.
